Classified as: Type 20 Lewis Acid/Base Complexation Chemistry

There are two main types of Type 20 Complex: charge-transfer complexes and cycloaddition adducts, where cycloaddition is one of the most powerful devices available to the synthetic chemist.

For more information look in the Chemogenesis webbook sections on Lewis acids and Lewis bases and the Lewis acid/base interaction matrix.
